In the Richmond, VA area? Come & visit us! We're located in Midlothian, VA and would love to meet you in person. Our retail store is open 10:00-5:00 Monday-Saturday and 10:00-7:00 Thursdays. We are closed on Sundays.

HOW TO SHOP:

Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. You may see your basket at anytime by clicking on “Show Cart.” If you have any trouble ordering, please email us & let us know – we’ll be glad to help you place an order.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We will not share any information you provide us except as necessary to process your order. We may e-mail you with information we think you would be interested in. Our site has a 100% secure server through Yahoo!Store to provide a secure shopping experience.

SHIPPING:

Orders received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day, any additional processing time (for custom items in particular) will be noted in the item description.

DELIVERY TIMES

Because many products, including stationary and personalized items, are made to order for you after you place your order, production and shipping times posted in the product descriptions are estimates. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. Sidney Brooks cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently ship only inside the USA. We sincerely regret that we are unable to process and ship international orders. Thank you for understanding and for shopping at Sidney-Brooks.com.

SALES TAX:

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.

BILLING:

After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter ~ you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order ~ if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

SALES

We regret that sale prices can not be applied to previously purchased merchandise. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Sale prices may end at any time. The best way to learn of sales is to join our email list.

PRICING ERRORS/TYPOS

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
